RIGILITE - ALUMINIUM SANDWICH PANEL (B2 and M1 approved)
Based upon the successful Correx® board sheet, Rigilite® is a new concept in sandwich construction material for permanent installation in the marine and offshore markets. It comprises two coated aluminium sheets laminated over a twin wall polypropylene core, making the sheet extremely lightweight and suitable for walls and ceilings in cabins, wetrooms and public areas. The aluminium sandwich panel gives the product exceptional flatness, rigidity and is ideally suited to custom printing.
It is well suited to a wide range of fabrication methods including sawing, drilling, machining, riveting, screwing, cutting, milling and folding with standard sheet metal machinery and production techniques.
