These technically advanced, physically cross-linked, closed cell polyolefin foams provide lightweight, high performance protection and offer superior cushioning and impact resistance, with the added benefit of acoustic and thermal insulation.
Available in a wide range of thicknesses and densities, single layers of flame retardant expanded polyolefin foam are currently being used as a replacement for multi-layer sheet and hardboard solutions - costs are comparable, yet foams provide far superior performance and impact protection. Supplied in roll form, lightweight, flexible and easy to cut, foams also offer significant labour efficiencies, time and cost savings in their fitting and removal.
